This client came to us after having an ongoing condensation problem, not in the bathroom, but in much of the house.

They'd often wake up to condensation on their windows, and year upon year they'd see decor in their bathroom ruined- most notably paint peeling on the ceiling due to the moist conditions.

We have recently installed not only a PIV for them on the landing - but a powerful extractor fan. These two together will make a massive difference to the moisture load they are experiencing problems with inside their property.
