This is a communal boiler (and hot water storage tank) Y-plan system that services a large town house that has been converted into a scheme block - studio flats that have staff on site 24/7 for the vulnerable. They had been having issues with the boiler tripping, so went out to them to investigate. 

Ultimately, a roof leak had been dripping onto the plant in the airing cupboard, causing them to fail and trip the system.
