To bring this property up to part F of the building regulations, we were tasked with fitting an extractor fan in the kitchen where there currently wasn't one at all. The client wasn't ready for cables to be chased and hidden - so we had to surface mount the wiring with trunking and fire resistance clips, as part of the specification.

What is condensation?
